Zachar Law Firm Finds a New Highly Responsive and Strategic IT Partner in MyTek

Since 1996, Zachar Law Firm has been securing favorable settlements and large verdicts for its clients as a Phoenix-based plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation law firm. While the firm has grown from a few employees in its early days to a team of nearly 40 with seven attorneys, it “still operates like a small family business,” according to its founder and lead attorney Chris Zachar. “There was definitely a learning curve as we transitioned to MyTek,” said Zachar. “They had to learn our CRM system and how to connect with it as well as how we were connected with all of our software and systems.” Zachar said that from his standpoint MyTek did very well with the transition process despite a few hiccups that were to be expected with such a change. He noted that MyTek has been very quick to respond and has shown themselves to be a competent IT company. “I believe the transition went very well as I did not hear a single complaint from Zachar,” said Evans. “To me the transition was the most important part.” “What was so important to us about our previous vendor was how available and responsive they were, and MyTek has proven to be very adept this way as well. Being very responsive is a non-negotiable for me,” said Zachar.
