Right Way to Use the Keyboard Shortcuts
With keyboard shortcuts, you can better navigate through the YouTube video. It will save you time and enhance your work efficiency.
Some keyboard shortcut techniques that you can try out are:
- Press the zero key to go to the beginning of the video.
- Rewind or fast-forward your videos using the arrow keys. The keys are programmed to go five secs, forward or backward. But, when you hold down the Ctrl key, you can increase the time to ten secs.
- While using YouTube in your presentation slide, pause/resume your video by clicking the space bar/K key. Use the Up/Down arrow keys to adjust your video volume. Also, to unmute/mute the video, use the M key.
Change the Starting Point of Your Video
While playing the YouTube video, you may choose to start playing it from any particular point. You can do this by altering the link to the video.

Now, select the Start at option from the Share menu. Then, you can automatically select the point at which you want to start the video.
