While remote work has taken over almost every single industry, it brings along with it an issue: overworking. Remote work overwork can easily happen because the lines between work and home are blurred, making it hard to stop working and relax.

You should encourage your team to start and end work at specific times so that they aren’t answering work emails while at the dinner table or in bed getting ready to sleep. There needs to be a clear divide like there would be if they were coming to the office.
